Since 1993, Matt has been involved with every aspect of an engineering firm including business development (marketing and proposals), project management, construction administration, design, drafting, forensic analysis, studies, inspections, human resources, and executive.

Clients today need a professional who not only understands the regulations but the most efficient way to receive their approval. Matt has supervised multiple design teams and staff for all phases of a project, monitored budgets, and worked closely with the various agencies during review to expedite approvals. He has appeared before multiple governing bodies on behalf of clients to present, discuss, and seek approval for a variety of projects.

Always seeking a new challenge, Matt now provides Professional Engineer/Expert Witness Testimony for those clients who have difficulty resolving drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control issues.
